General Maahes- Paths crossed over roads less traveled, and for a man who was well traveled any new place was an adventure waiting. Maahes had actually never traveled the roads to Eohmark, but heard many times of it's beauty. He had seen the way her eyes lit up when she spoke of her home, and he felt ashamed he had not been out here sooner. After the past few days in the city, the countryside was beyond welcome. The rolling hills and grassy meadows eased his furious anger from the night before. The secretly marriage to the Pirate Captain turned straight lace commander had not been easy, but last night he was beyond finished with her. It was too soon to feel such a way towards the love of his life, but he could not take her defiance. Tired of lace and silk, the rumors spread of him and the courtesan he as well needed this little escape as much as he wanted it. No he and Eamonn were not the best of friends, or friends for any matter, but darn it he adored Aislin. Any woman brave enough to still tend to him after him breaking in her jaw was a woman he'd owe his life to. So upon the back of one of the stables draft horses he rode down the road mind lost in the haze.
Cormack of Eohmark- The leaves were changing with the season, turning a wide span of colors to introduce fall to the lands. Eohmark did not escape such beauty as it took hold of most of the land's forest and fields. Gold had laced itself in with the greens, reds blended in with oranges, spreading difference throughout the lands. Even as the Lord Marshal rested within his home, those who were under his lead still continued with their work and life, for they had to in order to keep the lands at peace. His second in command, had taken over the reins and had patrolling done every day, making sure those that were beyond Headburg had what they needed and were well looked after. Two days before the Sunday feast had the village of Headburg busy. Women and children were beyond the walls and in the fields, chopping down the grains and collecting corns, veggies and other things that would be needed. Men were out on the hunt, trying to go for bucks and boars to make the feast meat. Already the smells of progress and life was in the air. Maahes would not have to travel alone for too long , lost in his haze. Returning from Lidweard, he was along the trail only a few hoof beats after the general. A small ground of men followed as he came on the approach and greeted Maahes, knowing the man from various meetings before and having a respect for him. Had the Lord and Lady knew he was coming? It made no difference, for Maahes was not among those who tried to kill the Lord marshal, for that, Cormack was sure of. ``Come friend.. you ride with us then. `` He waited for the male to be ready, before the other men surrounded him slightly, yet gave him space to move him in the direction they were headed. It was a natural form for those higher unless they asked other wise. It would not take long for the massive wall to come into view, along with the gates, which opened the moment they were on the path that lead to the front entrance. Slowly down to a eased trot, the other men followed in tow, giving greetings to the ladies and children passing by with arms full of chicken, wheat baskets and other materials that would serve their purpose soon enough. Some children laughed and ran along the horses, just outside the line, waving and laughing, enjoying their innocence. All riders moved towards the large barn and stables, riding directly inside, as the height of the roof allowed so much room to move upon the top of the horse. Every horse had their stall and many went right in, pouring into place so well organized. A stable boy; who looked to be about 13, moved to ask for Maahes' horse and asked the name of the beast right off before offering to brush and feed it. When Maahes' horse was settled, Cormack would lead him towards the Hall of the Healing horse and announce his arrival to a few maids.
Aislin of Eohmark- Aislin had been quiet busy, tending to her husband and keeping order within the house. Should Eamonn die, things would need to remain in order and unchoatic. It was hard at times to swallow emotions and deal with the daily chores, but Aislin was great at it, a perfection in many ways at denying her right to emotions. When a maid had come into their room and said Maahes was here, Aislin was slightly surprised, but did allow the maid to go and fetch him and bring him here, to the bed chamber many had never seen before. That of the Horse Lord and the Healing Horse. Where children were made, cared for and brought up. Where love to many unseen eyes, flourished and lay in secrecy.
Eamonn of Eohmark- The long trek home had been most unpleasant for him this time, opposed to the normal joy and pleasantry that came with riding back to the lands he called home now. Every grain of soil, every pebble of stone, and every mound and bend had been felt on the pathway to his home. It was agonizing, but he suffered it. It was hard for a man so active in duty to now be reduced to the bed that had been especially carved and crafted by the masterful hands of those in Eohmark to accommodate his tall height, as well as his wife. To be in the bed...well that was torture, for he could not leave it, and would not be able to for some time, not until the hole in his chest, which had been stitched and sown shut, had healed. Still new, despite a few weeks old, it was no wonder why he was bed ridden, for it was something his body desired. Mind, however, was rebellious and required freedom. Thankfully, with Aislin's skill, much of his time had been spent getting what sleep he could, aided by herbs and roots to dull the throbbing pain and allow him some measure of peace. In the large room within the Hall of the Healing Horse, he lay in the bed, under linen sheets and furs. The floors were stone and cold, but under and around the bed there were skins of deer stretched out to give kindness to bare feet. The metal stand stood proudly in the corner where his armour now hung, the hole where the bolt had pierced had been repaired by now, and his sword leaning against the bedside. Joined to the room and only accessible through their doorway, was the room where their children slept, the crib for Kieran and the small bed for Sorcha. The hearth against the wall was burning brightly, filling the room with heat and light. Aislin had just changed the bandages around his chest, and the old had been tossed into the fire to be discarded. Slightly propped with pillowing he laid, hazel eyes, peering through narrowed lids brought by weariness and masking the still apparent pain, turned to the maid as she announced the presence of...Maahes? A thich brow arched, and Eamonn frowned somewhat. What could possibly bring the General to his home, since he had never been here before, and it was no secret that the two men did not share favourable company. Eamonn pulled the sheets and furs up over his body more to cover more of his chest. Shallow breaths were taken, for it hurt to breath, as the arrow had grazed and hit a lung, though not enough to kill him it seemed. However, each breath had been laboured with a soft wheeze now. Eamonn said nothing, and turned his head to Sorcha, who was laying beside him curled up and asleep, her thumb in her mouth.
General Maahes- So inside this ferocious blond beast was a real man after all. Maahes had to muse to himself walking down the hall and into the chamber. The entire trip had seemed a dream, too perfect to be real, and with the laughter of children chasing in the streets seemed the voices of angels. Everything was so peaceful here, and the General had to wonder if his home would ever be as such. With the refugees from the rebellion all bedding down in the depths Eirian's valley their tears and frightful nightmares were the songs sang to the stars. Many families had been torn apart, and while the Lord Marshal was being assassinated, Maahes was across the sea cleaning up the dead bodies from the massacre upon the streets just before Robert the Bruce. Eohmark had survived the wars right? So here he would hold hope for Red Wall. Everybody had their Sunday's best right? Well for Maahes it was a tunic not in tatters, nothing fancy just not stained. Already red from the deep dye however could have been rumored of the blood of his enemy for they knew the General to be a savage. For the year he had been upon the lands of Skye Maahes had found himself changing, all for the better. He had grown to care for those around him, and for their safety, to not only protect them but to provide for them as well. Rather Eamonn wanted to see this or not, Maahes had always been fighting the same battle for the same family he knew and loved. Maahes found not Aislin's eyes, but instantly settled upon the man in the bed coming to stand just at the side. Amber orbs followed Eamonn's to the sleeping babe with her thumb in her mouth. "She's getting so big." The universal ice breaker between massive giants who were more then just a-holes--children. But then he would go silent, crossing arms over his chest as he stood, never being one to talk even though he had much he would want to say. Awkward huh?
Eamonn of Eohmark- Every week, there had been a tradition of sorts in the lands of the Horse Lord, and that was a feast in his halls, in which all the people of his lands were invited to attend. There were drinks, food, and good company. Here, the people wer simple folk, and as was their leader and commander. They had simple lives and simple duties. Rumours of Maahes' savage actions were not unknown in the lands of the North, for they spread quickly on the wind, but Maahes' deeds and loyalty did not go unwhispered and unheard. Eamonn's personal issues with the man were just that, and despite his aversion to the commander who seemed to have a joy or delight in agitating the horse lord, Eamonn was well aware of the asset that Maahes provided. Still, Eamonn was suspicious, and unsure why the man he hardly got along with was here. Was there news in Turas Land that brought him here? Surely it was not to see him. Eamonn watched the lofty man of caramel flesh as he entered and moved to the bed he rested in. Quickly he glanced to Aislin, who was just as surprised, but she said nothing, holding that calm temperance that Eamonn lacked. Hazel eyes shifted to his daughter beside him, resting peacefully after having been up and worried for him..even so young. Slowly, his gaze turned back to Maahes. `` Indeed. What brings you..to Eohmark, General Maahes. `` He inquired, his voice raspy and broken, though he tried to hide it.
General Maahes- The past few months had not been kind to the General, as he had fallen ill with a fever that had paralyzed his entire form. His body was much thinner, but slowly filling back out. Even his once full face looked just a hair lighter and a lot more narrow. However, he bounced back pretty quickly from that one, but had yet to return to active duty. Too much had needed to be done with the orphans and torn families at home. "You've been missing out on many of the events, and I wanted to see if what people said were true." Had he really been shot? "They speak like you are not to survive, but clearly they are mistaken." Maahes had about enough of gossip for one lifetime, and was ready to remove the tongue of every single moving mouth that spoke his name. At his side there was a shoulder bag like that of what messengers carried with scrolls of the next movements inside the military motions. " Where's the boy? " Maahes asked as he turned open the flap and pulled a small single serve bottle out with Rose's whiskey. Wasn't that what Eamonn always ordered? " Helps with the pain right? " Sitting the bottle down upon the stand he took a moment to look about the room. What a sight this was. Eamonn at his raw. Suddenly he wondered how the rider felt about such an intrusion, but he would not have been asked in right?
Aislin of Eohmark- Aislin had gone to a stay a silence, for the eyes were not on her, but Eamonn and Sorcha as she lay in bed by her father. How do you explain to a small child that could barely talk, that her father was unwell? Aislin had tried, but it was hard to do. Dressed in a pair of brown breeches, bare feet and a white tunic that showed how slender she was becoming after the babe had been from her womb in some time, she cast her ocean eyes on Maahes and listened to both men speak. Hair had been cast into a long braid, keeping it from her face as she worked. Rumors were everywhere and perhaps, it was best if people believed the Lord Marshel was dying at the moment. There would be no second times if it was believed. `` Then the rumors should remain. It protects Eamonn if the person who wishes him dead, believes he be well on his way to the other side. That is why, we moved him here. So none could come and check on him themselves. The men, carry the message that Eamonn be dying with them to the city. All is as planned.. `` Her voice, lovely and smooth, yet always the same tone and calm. `` Kieran sleeps in the other room. Ye need nay worry about waking him with noise. He does nay hear a thing when he sleeps. `` The child slept through everything just about. Even being picked up, did not disturb his slumber. Seeing the whiskey, Aislin gave a soft smile, for it was a gift that was unexpected, yet should be a welcoming gesture. Did either man truly wish the other dead? `` Ah heard of yer fever. Ah be sorry I was nay there to help, but ah heard others were. What else do ye bring with ye in the bag? ``
Eamonn of Eohmark- Seemed that word traveled fast through the lands and even across the seas, if that had been were Maahes had been situated for him to hear of his misfortune. Well, now the General had his answer: the words on the wind were true. In Turas Lan someone had wished him ill and made certain to attempt his death. Rumours also whispered about his death or his dying, which were still undetermined at this point, but it was as planned. No one that was not close need know that he was recovering slowly but surely thanks to the skilled hands of his wife. Presently, he was stable, though in much pain. It hurt to speak, to breath even, but Eamonn tried to mask it, not for pride, but for those about him. Sorcha was but a child, and did not understand fully that her father had been near death...but she knew he was not well, and thus had a desire to stay close to him. Before he could form the words to speak, Aislin did, and in far kinder a dialect than he could muster. Pressing his lips together, Eamonn was silent as his wife spoke for the two of them, before his eyes turned to the whiskey. Now there was a contradiction to their quarrels...Maahes had been kind enough--for it was very unlikely that he was grudged into the act--to bring him a bottle of whiskey, a liquor that he needed, especially now. Had it not be a chore to sit up and move, he would have grabbed the bottle and drained it. For some time, he was silent, glancing from the bottle to the bearer. Such a strange and unexpected kindness...Eamonn was stunned. ``...Indeed it does help..with the pain...when ingested. `` Having it poured in a wound did NOT feel pleasant, but it did help to kill deadly infections that could come of it. But at the news of Maahes having fallen ill, Eamonn frowned slightly. When had this happened? Eamonn had not the words, but a sudden feeling of ...sympathy had risen for the General. Like Maahes, there was more unsaid than said, for words were never formed or coated right when they fell from his lips. Eamonn was not trained or blessed with a silver tongue or patience to learn it. Eamonn's eyes then to the bag that Maahes also brought with him.
General Maahes- Rumors had become his Achilles heal, and oh how he hated them. Apparently he was running wild with the Red Headed Vixen and was unable to reveal his true marriage. " Salt water infected my lungs when I was thrown into the sea. " He spoke so easily as if the topic bothered him none, and though he did not develop a fear from the sea, he did realize his mistake and would be learning to swim real fast. Going silent for a moment his eyes went to the dark haired beauty who had been there. Of course he understood why Aislin was house bond, he would be the same. However, in many ways he was thankful, he and Anulia had felt so distant for so long, but suddenly he felt closer to her then ever. " Mmm, yes.." Breaking from his thoughts, he met the eyes of the healer with a smile, " I was well taken care of. " And there it was, the darkness that swept his face of the events that followed. Ealora was beat almost to death, whipped, and he was sure she was holding back more. What man did not desire that body? Especially men whose lives were spent at sea and very rarely at port. The bag..answer their questions..focus. " I brought this for the children, " Large hands opened the bag that held the tribal works of distant animals that he had no doubt many of these lands had never seen. " It's animals from my home lands..they stand on each other's backs, pretty fun. " Spoken from experience by god they kept him entertained for hours. " I got them three days before I got sick, but I have a set in Avaira. " Though he may never see them again, with the turmoil taking off inside the isle. Setting the bag down he let his arms return over his chest eyes falling back to Eamonn, " Did they ever find your assassin? I have not heard of the reports yet, are you keeping them secret as well? "
Aislin of Eohmark- Eamonn's silence was nothing new, but Aislin's eyes did trail over to him for a moment to see how he was fairing before returning to Maahes as he spoke of inhaling salt water. Aislin was glad that he was, for as a healer and a friend, she cared. Aislin had not asked about the bag because she felt there should be more, simply that he carried it and seemed to guard it with his form. When he spoke of presents for the children, Aislin moved forward to look at them and yes, at first she gave them a strange glance, trying to understand them before Maahes spoke of what they were. Aislin of course, had taken one and pressed it together as Maahes had said. Interesting. `` Ah have no doubt Sorcha will enjoy these in some form. `` Hopefully not to beat someone in the head with or throw when she had a tantrum. `` Thank ye for the gifts Maahes. `` She would take the toys and move them into the children's room while Maahes spoke of the assassin. Aislin did not know, or recall, but Cormack had been giving reports to Eamonn.
Eamonn of Eohmark- The sea. The very mention of it sent the ghosts of the past to flutter about in his mind, which caused Eamonn to suppress a shudder at the thought. The sea...it had been his family's bane, their great misfortune, but also his destiny. How unfortunate it was for Maahes to fall ill, but it was good to see the man walking about...something Eamonn was forbidden to do at this point in time. At the mention of bearing gifts for his children, Eamonn arched a brow quizzically. How much of that sea water had gone to his head? This was most unlike the Maahes he knew. Blinking, his eyes glanced over the strange toys as Maahes explained them, before turning back to Maahes. `` Thank you...`` Came his reply, those rough and broken from strain and labour. He was not about to admit the pain and strength it took in order to speak. The assassin...Eamonn wanted to kill that son of a bytch himself, and had he not a still mending wound on his chest, he would have hunted the bastard down and beat the living chyt from him. However, there was no capture of the assassin yet, for it seemed the man had fled and was not seem. However, some had caught glimpses of the man, and now he was Skye's Most Wanted. Eamonn already had suspicions of who the man had been working for. `` No. The bastard has done well to coward in his caves. But he is being hunted, for some did see him. I would love nothing more than to strangle him and his employer with my own hands..and already I have an idea of just WHO his master is.`` Eamonn spat out venomously, but after his words he was set with a rack of coughs, causing him to lift a hand to his mouth until it silenced itself. At least this time there was no trace of blood. Sighing heavily, and wincing, Eamonn cleared his throat, glancing to Sorcha, who shifted, but did not wake fully, simply nuzzled into his arm and side all the more under the sheets and fur
General Maahes- The sudden shift in the man caused his own arms to fall ready to press him back down if needed. " You just rest, Lord Marshal your Balian is doing justice, and I have no doubt he'll be found soon. " His eyes as well found the little babe and that dreamy sigh smile left him. So cute. Maahes was becoming a pro in the baby department. With all the children out at the academy, Hope, and Tommy's twins he was learning quickly. Watching Aislin who tended to her husband so sweetly he wondered if peace would ever find him and his wife. All they did was fight, and in truth it was not the sea water that had the best rattled..open..it was the complete and total fed up feeling of constantly being at war. Upon the Isle, Eamonn and Aislin were the power couple, only because theirs was the most realistic. They did not have a country to run, or scars so deep from their past it affected their relationship. Eamonn was in control, or so Aislin let him think and life was lived in real time. How long did it take to find the balance? Last night he walked away from the pirate with no attentions of returning..but he was also drunk; and vowed from this day forth to never drink again. Aislin would find her little gift inside that bag too, but by now Maahes knew how to work her husband just a little bit better. He did not want to upset Eamonn, but he was also very loyal to his wife. She meant the world to him, and he liked to feed her curiosity just as she did his. So while in his travels looking for treasure they had come across a tribe of men whose lives were bent around the torment of the strange, and inside a small little glass jar, sealed with a cork was the skeleton of a two headed animal of some sort. He found it amazing how perfectly and surreal the bones were. Something fun to look at, and add to her collection. Let's just hope she got it out before Sorcha opened the bag to play...Maahes would not have a head. Oh, how badly he wanted to ask them how they worked. What made their fights not end in tears? Eamonn didn't look like a man who cried often, but did Aislin ever make him cry? There upon his ring finger was a band of melted gold over a band of silver a symbol of his love. However he was quick to hide it behind his normal motions of crossing his arms. " When is it you think you will be able to return to the city? "
Aislin of Eohmark- Aislin moved back out in time to see Eamonn getting slightly worked up, which was no fault of Maahes own. The Lord Marshel was simply enraged and rightly so. Resting a hand upon Eamonn's forehead, she eased him and looked to Maahes as he seemed more lost in his own thoughts then here half the time. Aislin would not blame him. There were so many secrets between everyone, every one had their own lives and things going on within them that they did not understand. Aislin had yet to go through the bag, but when she did, surely she would have a surprise waiting and Maahes did not need to fear Sorcha finding it first. Aislin would always check for Sorcha enjoyed placing things within her small mouth at this stage of her life. She ate dirt more times then Aislin could count and a worm or two that nearly choked her. Maahes only needed to but ask to find answers, but there lay the problem with every one who walked this fine land. No one spoke, no one asked those questions, no one dared to seek help in others for fear of looking weak. So they would be left without answers. Aislin, would have to answer that question. ``It depends on how fast he will heal. That question, must remained unanswered. Do ye need to stay the night Maahes? The journey back to Turas will be long and we have many rooms ye can stay within. Ah can give you full pardon to roam the village. Perhaps ye will enjoy it. `
Eamonn of Eohmark- Eamonn had no doubt that Balian was working hard to bring justice to Skye, but Eamonn also heard threats of unrest elsewhere, which would add to Balian's duties. Cormack was doing his best, however, and Eamonn had faith in his second. Eamonn had his own secrets and ghosts that haunted him of his past. There was only a handful that even his own wife knew of for Eamonn never spoke of them. Rarely, did he. But such was how Eamonn was brought up, and went through life. He took it upon himself to be the strong one, and emotions could be seen as weakness. How Aislin weather his temper and calmed him was a feat that even Eamonn did not understand or know, but he accepted it, and knew that of anyone, he could go to her. Of all the people on this island, Aislin was closest to his heart, and until he found out that Bess shared his blood, the only family he had. Now, Eamonn had two children he loved dearly. Eyes turned to Aislin as she placed a hand upon his forehead to ease him. Eamonn sighed softly once more, and was about to answer Maahes, but Aislin was quick to answer first. `` When I move from this bed and once more sit in the saddle, I will be more at liberty to travel. It is this wound that keeps me here even now..which that bastard is fortunate. But his time will come. I will find him and return the favour. `` Oh, and Eamonn would. Aislin invited Maahes to stay a time in Eohmark, for they did have rooms open, but even now, Eamonn was still wary of Maahes, and wondered just how much patience he had for the man, or even before Maahes would pick at something to agitate him. Well, Eamonn had a sword by the bed and a dagger under the pillow. He might tear stitches trying to stab him, but right now, already irritated by many things, Eamonn would not hesitate to attempt to cut Maahes. But to that, Eamonn said nothing. What more could he say to a man he had been at odds with for some time? Eamonn had no knowing for Maahes' recent marriage, nor did he see the ring upon the man's finger. Eamonn's own symbol of bond matrimony was around his neck, the pendant that rested near his still beating heart and matched Aislin's under her clothing. Eamonn had a job that required his hands, and rings could be a hazard and discomfort. But that was personal choice. Their rings had been replaced with pendants. Again, Eamonn cleared his throat. `` What news of Turas Lan, then, General, for I find it hard to believe that you came here for a simple social call. ``
General Maahes- " I didn't come for a social call, I came to check on you." Spoken in that dry monotone rumble that was his voice, and very matter-of-factly. With arms still crossed he turned his shoulders to face Aislin and shook his head, " I have to return to my home. The school was complete while I was gone, and full of people in need. I could not take the time to myself, but thank you. Another time? " Ooooh what manners. " Besides, Anulia would be worried and send Komor after me." Maahes could not trade his ring for anything, and developed a habit to run his thumb over the uneven surface when times were hard, or he was nervous--like right now. " I should head out, the sun only has a few more hours and my eyes are not what they once were. You will send word for me if you need me yes? " Spoken both to the husband and the wife, but of course he rest his eyes on Aislin. " Anything. "
Aislin of Eohmark- One full brow rose at how Maahes answered such a question and then like a switch, had manners again. It was interesting to watch, but Aislin wondered if he was battling himself still in finding a balance of some kind. `` Komor.. ah have heard of the massive beast but have yet to see it. `` Such nervous gestures were not missed and when eyes fell upon his hand, she noticed the band that now rested there. Had he married? When? It was a Christian way to wear a ring upon the finger and it was why Aislin and Eamonn had none on their own. Her attention was stolen as Maahes said to call on him if they needed anything and eyes met with the beast of a man's own. `` Aye. It seems we be nay the only ones with secrets. Have we been gone so long from the lands, that ye have married in secrecy? `` Did anyone expect Aislin to miss things? No..to think other wise was foolish. `` Congrats on yer marriage..never the less. `` Aislin was sorry for missing it, but there were good enough reasons. `` Then Cormack and others will ride with ye towards Turas. They will be heading that way as it were. No need to travel alone. ``
Eamonn of Eohmark- How odd and strange it was to Eamonn that the man he did not get along with well was here to see how he was out of the goodness of his heart. Eamonn was wary, but such was how he was with others not close and estrange to him. There had to be another reason as to why Maahes was here, and Eamonn doubted it was JUST to see how he was. So when Maahes said he came to check upon him, Eamonn scoffed and frowned somewhat, but said nothing to it. Now, he would be leaving, as always. But there was something about the mention of 'anything' and the attention on his wife that Eamonn did not like, and already irked by instances, that only seemed to make the anger boil even more, enough to make the man sneer. But at the mention of marriage, his eyes turned to Maahes' hand. What foolish girl would put up with this man? He thought bitterly, but pushed that thought away quickly. `` If Maahes wished to travel alone, that is his choice. I am surprised that you would marry, but nevertheless, congradulations, as my wife has said. I am sure you have other needs to tend to. There is NOTHING that I or my wife require of you now. Fare thee well on your journey home. `` Eamonn said dryly, his voice husky and strained, but the flat tone could still be heard. Eamonn never liked the affection Maahes seemed to display for his wife almost selectively, and perhaps it was jealousy that stemmed possessiveness, but Eamonn had far too many men lust for his wife, and Eamonn found little tolerance for it. Such was why he never favoured her alone with Maahes, married or not. It was not her he held mistrust...it was others. Dry lips pressed themselves together stiffly as he stared at Maahes plainly
General Maahes- " We can't talk about it, she has a bounty on her head. If they knew she married me, then it would bring more hell down upon the lands, and I'm not ready to carry that burden." Ontop of every other one. " It is good to see you have not changed, Eamonn." A smirk lifted the corner of his lips, that oh so confident yeah I know how to pull your strings look of a true bad boy. However deep down he was very glad that the man was in his fighting spirit, what would his life be like without Eamonn? Eamonn brought color to his face, and took his mind from his own worries. It was good to worry about another, and yes Maahes worried. " I would enjoy the company, Cormack entertains me to no end." He smiled then and turned back to look at Eamonn. " If anything changes I'll be sure to tell you, Sir." Dark eyes passed to his wife speaking his good bye in typical Maahes fashion. It was good to see you, as always. and with that he would press out into the halls
