Helping Maahes push back the covers, Anulia snuggled against him under them, feeling his flesh still cool to the touch and clammy from the illness that had racked his body. Her own was warm to the touch, though more material stopped flesh from touching. Taking a deep breath, she released it slowly, easing her tears of joy from her body. She believed in Maahes and his words. If he could be there, he would be, but much like last time, some times fate had other things in store for her. Chocolate eyes closed as she felt his breath against her temple, sliding itself through her thin braids to greet her with a bit more then just words. Anulia held on to him just as tightly. `` They are good tears Maahes. Good tears. ``
Some time between thre holding of each other, Maahes' breathing had lured her to a peaceful sleep, though much like always, Anulia held nightmares that would have her mind clawing towards the surface after only fifteen minutes. That was when she saw the other woman; the nice one; coming in to check on them. She snuggled more against the beast of a man, looking to the woman with a soft expression before she whispered back. `` Thank you. I have other things that I can give him from our home, which can help. `` She smiled softly to the woman, and got one in return before she vanished, leaving Anulia to try and rest more.
Anulia had no reason to leave Maahes side for the night and morning. The only time she got up, was to wash his flesh down with a cool rage and dry it, re-twist his braids so they would look nice when he saw his wife again and tried to feed him broth that was brought to him. Where was his wife? Was she ok? Anulia's mind never thought that his wife did not care for him, not once. Her main concern was, what if his wife was hurt too and else where? Maahes said nothing..so perhaps he knew?
When the woman said he could go home, Anulia had brought Komor to town, so that Maahes could climb upon the massive beast with Anulia behind him to hold him steady. Anulia still believed, that only Komor could take Maahes' weight without worry, so Komor was the most peaceful, and easy going ride back towards their home. Maahes, had yet to see it. Would he be happy with it? Would he see things that would need to be changed the moment he settled his eyes on it? Pulling the blanket more snug around Maahes' body to keep him warm, she left Komor to lead the way until the home, started to come into view, growing larger and larger as they got closer. The sun was setting slowly, crawling back under the earth to rest and let his brother moon take over in watching the mortals and living things of the world. It would only heighten the beauty that the home already held, but would it be enough to make Maahes proud. `` The home, has been complete for some time. Changes, can always be made if you are not pleased. `` Komor stopped and lowered his massive front down, then laid down the rest of the way, so they could remove themselves from his back. He even slid a leg around, so they could use it as a step to get to the ground.
