Vox Gladiis: The ship slowly drifted to the docks, the men pulling the ropes hard to secure it to the pier. Dmi stood by the rail in high anxiety of seeing a certain young lass. Adam stood next to his friend and patted his shoulder... "Tis alright Dmi... if she is here, she shall let ye knaew..."
Willa Schleitz: Willa had gone back to the farm... more dismissed from her duties after punching a noble brat before her Mother and friends. But really there was only so much that Willa could swallow before her temper got the best of her. Once she had recieved the letter that he was returning, she often made her way to the docks each day... looking for the ship and ignoring some of the sailor's advances. The tiptoes were reached as she peered over the crowd.. but it was the flag from the ship that drew her attention like nothing else. The smile could have lit up a moonless night as she began to make her way through the crowd of sailors, dockworkers… and soldiers. "Pardon... let me pass... "
Vox Gladiis: Dmitrii allowed Lord Adam to disembark first knowing much of the crowd was for his arrival, not a poor Kievan warrior... the crowd of Generals, Clans Leaders, and other dignataries followed Adam thru the streets as his Lordship preferred to meet and greet the everyday folk on his way back to the Castle. As the crowd dissipated, Dmi walked down the gangplank and handed his belongings to his driver from Castle Zurban. One last look around... he sighed, knowing only the look outs and the people at the docks would know of the wounded ships return… nine days overdue..
Willa Schleitz: Oh bother at this rate she'd miss him! The lass looked at the two men blocking her path as she kicked the back of the knee of one man.. and shoved the other just to get them to part. The nimble little lass managed to escape the thick hand that reached out for her. "DMITRII!! " She called as she lost her manners completely and pushed people away from her… having to actually hop to look over the crowd.
Vox Gladiis: His named called... by the familiar voice he longed to hear... turning toward the sound, he sees the young lass pushing thru the crowd... he too makes his way toward her, his path cleared by bows and apologies. The rough shod beard was pushed by the smile upon his face, his eyes darkened a steel gray in delight... as the path widened and the distance between them narrowed, his arms extended for her... to hell with prpriety and protocol... he was home for her…
Willa Schleitz: The cry left her lips as she didn't give a bit about anyone else at the moment as she all but flew into his arms. Her own wrapping about his neck as she held him close. "Oh thank ya lady ya be home… " She breathed into his ear as she held onto him. Him… not a pillow in a dream.
Vox Gladiis: His strong arms wrapped around her and he spun her in glee. "Da Dye vet shka... Ya doma..." [Yes dear, I'm home} The pair stood in the midst of people, embraced with no concerns but their own... his baritone voiced whipered into her ear. He was enjoying her scent, his nostrils flared as he took her in... "I have missed yu ever so much my dear..." setting her back a bit so he could see her, his course hands cupping her face.... "I am here now... and shall confess... I love yu..."
Willa Schleitz: She pulled back to listen to him talk, how she missed his voice. That touch that seemed to make her very soul skip a beat. "Aye? " well actually hearing it made her eyes mist up as she planted a rather bold and firm kiss to his lips. "I love yerself as well… " She answered back in the breathless manner once the kiss was broken.
Vox Gladiis: He heard the words... and delved in her kiss with passion until broken... With her in his arms, the beard scratched her skin as he kissed the area behind and beneath her ear... "I have longed to hear those words... to know what it feels to receive those... I shall tell yu often those three words in many languages... and let my actions show yu how I feel, until my heart stops beating... but my love for yu shall last beyond death..." his hands on her back, his thumbs rubbing her back muscles.
Willa Schleitz: She couldn't help but start giggling from the beard as she pulled her head away just slightly. The smile, in all its dimpled brillance was displayed just for him. "I dun't cares whut language ya use... jus saes long as ya says it." She stated firmly and with whole hearted conviction.
Vox Gladiis: "Come with me... to my home... spend some time together..." one hand summons his carriage forward... "We have much to speak of..." his hand at her back urging her forward…
Willa Schleitz: "Dmitrii... I... " She paused and looked at him.. oh bother it all. It wasn't as is she had a job in the kitchens anymore… and so what if people talked. She smiled softly and gave a nod and allowed him to guide her to the carriage.
Vox Gladiis: Opening the door for her, he then helps her inside... then he enters and sits next to her... as the carriage jolts to a start he chuckles and pulls her under his arm and against his form. "Yu know people may talk since yu shall be at my home.... can yu handle that?"
Willa Schleitz: She climbed in then sank against him, snuggled against him as she lifted a brow. The laughter came as she shook her head a bit. "Ya knowed. I donna gives a bit fer whut they be thinkin.. er talkin abouts. They was talkin when ya wanna evens here.. sae whut else be new abouts them runnin dere flaps." She spoke rather bluntly about that.
Vox Gladiis: He laughed and snugged her against him... if she felt close enough she could feel, or even hear his heart pound against his chest. "I am glad tae hear ye say that... now does yer Papa know ye come to see me at the docks...and most important, know how ye feel for me?"
Willa Schleitz: "He knows… trus me.. he knows!" She smiled and looked up into his eyes. "Doh I ain'ts see'd Da since Sleat.. Maurice says Da sends him a note.. but I ain'ts heard froms him…" She admitted softly and shrugged a bit. Odis was like that sometimes… tended to disappear for a while. No worries he would be back sooner or later.
