Caden: Caden had spent the day with the historians within Griffin Castle and had only just been released from their tutelage about two hours ago. He had taken Anna to the kitchens to get her fed then had placed the hand made special harness upon her with a strong rope attatched. He now walked down the steps with her bounding beside him. As they passed people would give the pair strange looks. What was a young boy doing with such an animal? He could almost hear their thoughts and could not do more then grin at them and shrug his shoulders.(d)
Anulia: Chocolate colored eyes were wide as normal when she took in such different scenery. Her full lips were slightly parted while she glanced about at all the people that moved by, studing their dress and how they acted as they went on about their days. So different, so strange, so....interesting. Dressed in the wrappings of orange and whites that amde up a make shift dress of sorts, she stood still as a statue save for her eyes and head as it movedto follow one person and then the other. Sighing, she closed her mouth and swallowed softly. Her wonderings, were about to come into play.
Eirian: Diligence. Eirian had given a lesson on the word today to a group of young women who whispered among themselves, watching closely as the small woman with bright azure eyes made them commend it to memory," Your digilence is your perseverance, your ability to continue on in the face of great odds. This word you stand on the threshold of awaits your impression, do not let your chance go amay. Remember, practice diligence in what you choose to do." Robes of midnight were fastened over the dress of flowing white silk. A woman feminine, a woman unique. Her mind needed to take in the air in order to make note of the day so that all was put to right for the next. The paths of a few were a going to converge on the steps that went up or down, toward one place or another.
Caden The boys blue eyes were drawn to the strangely dressed dark woman, having never seen such a woman before. While his attention was else where Anna gave one good tug once she realized he was not holding on as tightly as he should and the little white tiger cub would bound towards Eirian. What her interest was in the woman only one could guess but the young cub was headed straight for her. Feeling the rope slide from his fingers Caden gasped and turned nearly falling on his face as he tried to make chase. " Anna no, come back here." Blonde locks fell over blue eyes wide with surprise and appology as he chased the wayward feline.(d)
Jelenah: Jelenah would make her way down the many corridors and hallways that would lead to the steps. Out into the fresh air she would go, breeze gently caressing the fair skin of the Ukranian woman. A soft smile ever so softly tugging at the corners of her mouth. Light blue eyes were gleaming as if she had regained a new hope. Perhaps the woman had had a pleasant day or had enjoyed company from a previous visitor or talk with some of the help. She would spot Lady Eirian and make her way to meet her. "Hello Eirian... it is good to see you. How are you?-d-
Anulia: It was not uncommon for Anulia to stand off to the side of the streets and simply stare for much of the day. She ahd done such many times before and every day was something new to see along with those who seemed to have habits and repeated thme throughout the day. What was new and unusual to others, was not such to Anulia. Eyes went to the boy with vibrant blue eyes and his companion. A tiger? Here? her heart did a soft flutter as she realized that she might be more clsoe to home then she had previously thought. She ahd to ask where he had found the creature and it seemed the boy was looking to her as well. His attention shifted and the tiger cub got away, bounding off making him turn his attention from Anulia and give chase. Not wanting the male to get too far away and wanting to help out of pure kindness, she picked up her wrapped skirt and moved quickly after him, careful of the carts and people before she got closer and opened her mouth, making a strange roar whine from her vocals to try and get the cub's attention. Anulia had mimicked it perfectly, but would the cub respond to it or have it's attention too distracted into the current goal.
Eirian: She let the time dictate where it wanted to carry her as she continued up the stairs. Where to? A library perhaps to write down her findings of the artisans guils, her lessons, to learn more of what was here before her? Ah, no! Alas, Eirian was a child of the grass blowing around her. Earth crumbling under unshod feet in gardens drowning in amber light was far more inviting than a book! " We shall make our way to Eden, little one," she whispered to the essence of life wrought in her womb, a secret that still kept the belly flat. Fingers touched the place over the robes where in the darkness the small one was forming into flesh, bone, and blood. Eirian was prone to dreamy musings by capturing the intangible to fashion lyrical prose -- it lapsed into the common. The boy's call made her look up to him, but she jumped a little as the tiger pawed at her skirts. Was there fear in this gentle woman? Oh never! " Jelenah, do you see this? The wonders of this city ne'er cease!," so quoted as if it were a work of art instead of an exotic cat, " Not since the court of the Celestial Emperor have I seen such as you, small one! Where did you come from.." Sapphire cross caught the light from the hollow of her throat as she leaned down to let her smell her fingers. " I am well, Jelenah..and yourself?" A crowd passed them, but make no mistake. Her eyes were the same as the jewel she wore - intense, brilliant, and found the tiger's companion, and one who called to it as well (d)
Jelenah: Jelenah would allow that smile to broaden some as eyes lit up with the sound of Eirian's voice in delight. Jelenah would nod and smile as she looked to where the feline had came from. She could see a young man and the dark skinned woman. She looked back to Erian and the cat. "Yes.. I saw her briefly the other night as well as her caretaker." She paused, nodded and added. "I am well... and wonderful day..is it not?"
Caden: He gave both women an appologetic look as Anna's silver eyes lifted to meet those exotic colored ones of the woman she had chased down. As fingers were offered for sniffing she would eagerly do so then pushed her head against the woman's hands. Caden breathed a sigh of relief she had stopped then looked around just as the cub jerked at the sound of that call her attention going fully to the woman who had made the call and gave a mewling answer in return. Caden's eyes were bright with surprise as he realized it was the dark woman in the strange clothes that had made the sound and there fore came his unintentional rudeness at not saying anything to the two women, Eirian and Jelenah. He just simply stared in amazement at the girl who had imitated the sound, though he did have conciense enough to pick up the rope again so Anna could not bound off again.(d)
Anulia: Anulia had given up on wondering and asking why so many had such bright eyes here. In her mind, the woman part simply stated it as what simply was here while the child curiousity wanted to ask questions, more and more until the answers made sense. Slowly down in her walka s the cub reached it's goal, she eased, gliding it seemed almost as she moved clsoer to the male with light hair and eyes. Once more she gave the easing call of a squeak and mew mingled together at the cub, seeing it's head and attention turn to her, though she was glad that it meant no harm. Cubs normally did not, it was the mothers that meant harm. Many times they wondered near or in the village on their rumping plays and the people simply lured them back out with calls of their own to allure them, because touching them would make the mothersangry and hunt down the scent that followed. moving to the male's side, she gave a wide smile, making her face bright, fleshy cheeks rise high and full lips pull back to show healthy teeth. "I have not seen tiger in good while..." she laughed gently and moved her eyes to the woman of dark hair, pale skin and a interestingly different shade of blue eyes. They were everywhere! So different!
Eirian: " You are beautiful.." she grinned, letting skin at the cheek sink into the well placed indentations called dimples, " one of God's most alluring animals, and so regal! How did you find your way to this little Island among the Celtic lands, hmm? You are white..it means you should be where there is more snow." Caden was observed with a quickness for gathering the simple details." I take it your paths crossed with her by a strange turn of events." Her hands clasped in front of her body, looking between the young man and then to the woman with the brown skin, like the rich tones of sand and earth melded together flesh and hair. " We have not had the chance to meet, perhaps God put forth the tiger so we may.." She extended her hand to Anulia, " My name is Eirian." There was no giving of titles or last names, only the simplest one she'd been Christined with. How white was her hand in the light of the diminishing sun! It caught fire, seemed to hold it in like polished, porous white stone. (d)
Caden: Eirian's words seemed to pull Caden from his rude stare. He shook his head then bent to pick up Anna who seemed content for the moment to let him hold her. He scratched her chest as he looked at the woman. " I am sorry for my rudeness M'Lady. I found Annabel on the beach near where the shipwrecked not that long ago. I found her in a crate tha' I had tae prie open. She has been with me ever since." This was said as the hand was offered to him and his own reached out to take hers in a gentle shake. Raised by a Farmer for the most part had his gentlemanly skills lacking but he was polite nonethe less. His blue eyes found those of Eirian as he answered her by way of introduction. " I am Caden Robertson. A pleasure tae meet you M'Lady" (d)
Anulia: The coat of the animal was noticed, but Anulia simply thought it was because the animal was here, were it had been colder and not in the jungles of her home. When the handsome young male looked away from Anulia, she looked away as well, looking to the woman whop spoke of God. It only made Anulia's smile stay true, for each night a new piece of a book was read to her and more and more she adored the idea, the figure behind such readings. Silent for the moment, she listened to the male speak on how he found his companion and her name. "Annabel..." she repeated softly before looking to the woman once more and speaking her name. "Eirian..." then the male offered his..but he had two. Why would a person have two names? "Cad...en. Caden Robertson..." said slowly. She did take the hand offered, not sure what it was save for the chance for someone to touch another perhaps before pulling her hand away and looking at it briefly, then with a softer smile she pushed her hand towards the male, looking to her hand rather then his face. " I am....Anulia.." soft and gentle voice spoke out before eyes lifted to him, then slid towards the woman. The other, she had met before. Her name she could not recall. When a her hand was touched, Anulia did not give any pressure what so ever, simply held it still. A shake or squeeze would make her rise a brow...unsure what the action was for
Eirian: Anulia was new to this land, and the culture. This was the girl who had spent time with Aman-un-Din, whom Lady Bess had mentioned as a sweet young woman who'd lost her way. "A pleasure to meet you, Anulia. Anulia, Caden, this is Jelenah..." She acknowledged the Urkranian woman so the four points of their convergence held a place to herald each with a summons of purpose. A cant of head to consider the young man now, in truth only a handful and two fingers of a hand younger than herself. "Ah, Caden Robertson! I have heard the resident tutors speak of you! You have come to live in the castle, to learn for the knighthood and of life, yes? My full name is Eirian Kushrenada..High Lady Artisan...so far you've made quite a good impression sir. (d)
Caden: His blue eyes were an intense blue, almost azure in color depending on the light. like the summer sea. They fell upon Anulia again and again the boy was taken by the woman. So strange to him who knew not but the girls from his home and most of them, while pretty, were not dark like this woman. When she offered her name and her hand he gently took it in return for a moment before his hand would fall away. As Jelenah was introduced those eyes went to herand a bow of his head was made, a respectful aknowlegement of her that was interrupted by the continued speech of Eirian, her praise of him brought a spark of joy to the boy's eyes and a boyish grin that was contagious and lit his whole young face. " Thank you M'Lady. I have heard of you as well and tis a great Honor tae meet you." (d)
Jelenah: Jelenah would nod and smile to everyone as she looked to and from each face. She remebered Anna and Caden from a night or so ago but had not had the chance to meet them properly. "Pleasure to meet you both.."She replied as as she then let her gaze shift to Anulia. She remembered meeting her earlier in the week and would offer the darker toned woman a genuine warm smile. "Nice to see you again."She added. Then she'd simply stand in silence as the others began to conversate. Jelenah was never one to talk much, always the quiet one, more obseravnt than outspoken. Generally staying close by to those she trusted. -d-
Anulia: The woman with eyes like gems, whom she now knew as Eirian, had helped her remember the blond haired woman's name. "Jelenah.." she gave another soft smile that never really had fade from her full lips. New information passed and words were lsot on her. Knighthood...was like..Manhood....but...what was a knight? She only knew of man and woman...was a knight a mixture of both..or something completely new and different? Confusion showed on her face as she looked back and forth from one to the other. What ever else was said during her thinking was a compliment..that she understood and the charming grin on the male made it a sure thing. He was handsome, but not in the same way as others. It seemed everyone shared different traits that made them interesting. Attention was pulled towards Jelenah and she gave a slighly wider smile before falling into her own silence, then having to ask because it was rolling through her mind. "What is...knighthood? Anu...I, have heard of...Manhood. But this...confuses me.."she asked..hopeful of a answer.
