I am idiot, this is an old log, putting it up now cause I just realized, hey never posted this!
Maahes: The day had come and gone swiftly leaving the carnival lane opening with a pleasant surprise, and within it's market the Lord General still remained. He was uncertain about the lives that were lost there, wondering closer and closer to the wide mouth of the alley's way. He moved through the fair without the grace or beauty of the dancers around him, but still in motions that were not of his own. He seemed pulled, enchanted, and over all happy to be here. He could not get that woman out of his mind, nor her bright eyes. He could not keep that son out of his mind, or his bright eyes. He wanted to figure out their mystery and even though his body screamed for him to move away further and further into the darkness he went. What was behind these streets? On the side of town very few returned to? Nora had been worried, as she had not heard from Maahes yet, and even his children waited. She found her steps carrying herself to where Ealora would be, with baby Ra in arm his big eyes looking for his mother too as it had been too long since she last held him..even if it was only an hour.
Ealora:For once it seemed as if there minds were united. Brenna was constantly on her mind, so was the boy who had come to see her only to set a later date because he said, there were things his mother needed him to do. Yet Ealora didn't miss the bruise under his left eye though it was cleverly concealed by powder, nothing missed her keen eye. What else was there to do but hand Ra off to Nora and disappear into the streets. It wasn't difficult to find out where the father of the boy worked, she had spent years tracking pirates to exact revenge upon them. Tracking animals was a different things, humans didn't deviate from their path. The Tannery wasn't a large shop leaving it difficult for most people to shop the leather worker within and yet it seemed to be a favorite today or perhaps it was the commotion coming from within? The question was easily answered as a man flew out the door followed by the broad steps of the pirate queen into the doorframe followed closely by the owner of the shop, gapping mouth and wide eyes. "I won't say it again..."Ealora purred down to the crumbled man on the streets before her attention turned to the tanner. "Sorry for the trouble.." She dropped her bag of coins into his hand, more worth there then the damage she had done inside but it was also to pay for the loss of customer, who would interrupt the brute woman when she was pounding a man anyway's? Ealora's eyes caught Nora in the crowd and for the first time since she stepped inside the tannery her face softened as people parted to allow the 'mad' woman to her son. "Hello my precious prince!" Ealora cooed, from mad to softened sissy, yep this baby had skills! "What are you doing here?"She continued to coo at the baby as she lifted him from Nora's arms to bathe his face in kisses and raspberries but her eyes turned to Nora for the answer.
Nora:"Ifn' this is your prince My Queen..then where is your King?" Nora asked her with a smile, but a thin one worried of where Maahes would be. "He has not come home for dinner, but neither have you." She smiled thinly clearly not liking being here, or having the baby here. "I worry is all with his mind not right, and with the full moon coming. He could be dead somewhere in the streets and in this place we would never know." She frowned then opening her arms back for Ra.
Ealora:"A huge Arab in the middle of even this maze of streets shouldn't be to hard to find, he sticks out like a sore thumb" Ealora mused in return still smiling as she played with the baby bouncing him within her arms and delighting in his shrill cries of delight at the play. "Nora, your such an optimistic" she sarcastically replied with a roll of her eyes as she handed the baby back to the housekeeper. "He isn't dead, I would know if he were dead..I'll find him but this is not the place for you or Ra." Behind them the man she had thrown out of the shop was slowly getting up, his face a roadmap of puffiness and redness quickly turning black and blue, his nose leaking blood which he snubbed with his wrist as he glared at Ealora's back. Slowly she turned from Nora, her face hardened as it caught sight of the man glaring at her. "I mean it, don't touch him again least you want worse then this.." Such a low purr it nearly sounded a growl. Panther this one and she gave the man no more notice as she began her trek through the streets to find her husband.
Maahes: He was not hard to find, under the bright eyes of the moon he wondered the streets finding himself further in then he had began. It was when the wind shifted did he feel her near, want her near, but felt the eyes of the rest upon him. Her husband was wanting his wife, and in the darkest hour of the night turned to find his path back. "Ealora?" He called out, seeing her just a head, but felt the arms of another touch his backside gently.
Woman:The woman's hands were small and petite almost childlike in their touch, and she was no taller then his chest. "I can make you forget her, Soldier." She teased over his chest as she rounded him, stopping him dead in his tracks.
Maahes:Maahes froze against her touch, clearly not wanting to forget about his wife he tried to push past her only to have the hands of another touch his arm and pull him back. There were three women, all with different shades of hair from the most vibrant red , deepest brown, and brightest blonde; he felt himself in a fairy tale the sirens calling him back. For a good moment he wanted to follow them, and as he turned the tallest would capture his face between her hands and kiss deeply the Lord General's lips. She was tender in her kiss, delicate, but Maahes did not respond. He stood frozen against them, but felt the warmth radiate from her body like the sun. It made him sleepy, and before he knew it their hands held his and pulled him further into the alley.
Ealora:No he was never hard to find, not because he was big, not because against the pale skin of most in the maze of alley's in this part of town seemed paler to his sun kissed and darkened hue but because her heart knew him, every curve and every breath, like a magnet it always pulled her to where he was. Her name called, she pushed through a rather large man and lifted her hand to respond only to be blocked by a gentleman with a strip of brightly colored silk. "This would look lovely against that body of yours beautiful!" He grinned as he held the green fabric against her neck and Ealora shuddered. "No thank you" She bit back and shoved him to the side catching sight of the women surrounding around him. Why did this remind her of a story of a vampire named Dracula and his three brides? Her jaw tightened as she called over the hum of voices in the alley"Maahes!" Oh this raised her ire to a point her cheeks flushed red in anger, not that she blamed him, she knew a whores call could be at times hard to ignore and gypsy whores, that was a different story. "How about this for you precious?" Another man had bared her way, was this planned?! The thought crossed her mind as the silver bell covered bracelet was thrust under her gaze. "No...tha.." The woman's head bending upward to the side caught her eye and as the woman's lips connected with Maahes, Ealora's anger erupted as she threw the man out of her way as the dagger sheathed at her side was clutched and heaved at the woman, precession as it whirled through the air, clipping some of her hair before thunking into a crate behind her"HEY!" Ealora's voice boomed as grace and decorum was left behind as she shoved people aside to get to her rapidly disappearing husband and hussies.
Maahes:Husband and hussies sounded like the title of a self-help book. The dagger broke his thoughts, but it was her voice that called back to him. Snapping from his trance he pulled himself free from the women, backing away until he was certain he was in the holds of his wife, for none held such fire. Turning to face her, she would run right into his chest, and no doubt try and press past him to kill them..if she didn't want to kill him first. His arms would circle around her, taking hold of her back side and lifting her just as he would one of their children, until her legs wrapped around him, and he had a good hold. If she was mad he would fight her, she had good reason..he was about to go do..God knows what with God knows who. The women behind him sneered at her, wanting their prize back, and coming to stand together as they watched them retreat. Maahes would say nothing as the people in the streets watched him carry her like she was some prized hunt he had finally claimed.
Ealora:Her dagger was forgotten in the crate and even had she remembered it, by the time she would go to retrieve it, it would be gone. Fast fingers in this side of town. Her jaw set tight, she was definitely on the hunt for no woman intruded upon her territory that was her husband. Just as Maahes owned her in a way, she owned him. Hitting the broad chest of her husband, she seemed to stop for a moment, stunned for a moment that it was him she ran into and not some other merchant trying to distract her from the others. The moment was recovered as she lunged at the woman only to find herself going nowhere, not even an inch, the solid broad arm of her husband held her tight. She was indeed a snarling panther at this point, using the only woman she had as he lifted her up, her fingers, her nails as even the women pouting that their prize was taken away laughed at the haughtiness of the woman in the mans arms. For several seconds she continued to fight against him shouting obscenities at the woman in no doubt made up language to them but the Egyptian was so familiar to her, she didn't even seem to realize she wasn't speaking English anymore. When finally it seemed clear he wasn't going to let her go and hefted her up as if she were a rag doll, she ceased to fight to tear the woman to shreds but limply hung in his arms as he carried her past watching eyes. When the women were out of sight, she finally began to wiggle against him, her voice tinted in a rage she was trying hard to suppress "Put me down Maahes".
Maahes:They taunted her the entire way moving in and laughing at her, following in behind as if they knew they were safe. It was his arms that held her, but how could he see the way the one that kissed him licked her lips at his wife. She struggled against him, fighting mad, screaming things that made the rest think she were ill in the head. "Ealora. Stop. It." He barked at her, until she went silent and tightened his hold. Maahes was not a man of public affection, but when they came to the fountain in the square it's water spilling out by forced air through funnels made to look like creatures from the sea he set her feet down only for the world to see how he kissed her. Maahes did not return the kiss to the woman, but here he gave it to his wife. His lips tasted like her, but soon they were only of Ealora. The crowd that had gathered was quick to look away, and very few were caught staring. However, the sight before them was warming. They had only known him as the Beast, a war fighting father who loved everyone, but gave proof to very few. "Your mine." He hissed, but calmed his voice to a whisper, "And I'm yours."
Ealora:Where they safe? Did they truly think there would not be a repercussion following when Maahes was not around. Ealora was not a woman of violence anymore except where it concerned people she loved and when Skye itself was threatened, however there was a glimpse there in those moments of the woman she was before she was a justice dealer, when she was a pirate and the world was her oyster with a pearl. Where there was never any regret. Of course when it came to her husband and her children, she would never be rid of that side of her. Fierce and unforgiving, never willing to give up the fight for them. Let others think she was ill in the head, she was never a woman to care what others thought of her but it was her husbands stern voice telling her to stop fighting when the women were clearly taunting her behind his back that made her glare in his direction rather then theirs. Neither of them were people of public affection, or was it their affection always lead to other more private affairs? Either way when he kissed her, it took the fight out of her in surprise. Lids slid closed against the kiss, he tasted like that woman and Ealora did all she could to devour his lips and mouth to return the taste of herself to his mouth, to block out any hint that some other woman had nearly had him in her grasp. A kiss so fierce that she had to suck in a breath when his lips parted from her own. Lids slid open, celadon hues pulled in the sight of him through dark lashes as a grin curled against her lips. "That's right, but that's not something they know, or else are willing to forget, I won't apologize for my actions, next time I beat it into their skulls."Oh what a taunting little purr that fell from her lips, low for her husbands ears only.
Maahes:He smiled that bright smile of his, but kept his head low so only she could see it, and kept his whisper all the same, "There will not be a next time, and if there is..I'll hold them, you can hit." No matter how much she changed for the better he would always love that defiant little troublemaker in her. He loved to listen to her tell stories, and even imagined him meeting her other places. He loved those little glares she gave, when he was in trouble, and the thought of how mad she was. In many ways it drove him nuts, but she was always so cute when she was angry. The crowds had started to pull away, leaving the pair again in the sea of people, and Maahes's hands still held her in place. Theirs was a true love, one that was rare and real. Even so he could lift her again cradle her too him, kiss her..and throw her in the fountain. The splash was wild bouncing back to him, and his laughter spilled like the water as he knew now he would really get it!
Ealora:"What makes you think I wouldn't beat your behind as well." She seemed to purr back before she nipped at his nose, never would she hurt him but no doubt he felt the graze of her teeth before she retracted and her teeth made a dull clink as they clasped together again though her arms wove around his arms that held her still. She had a raging temper and she knew it. Depending on the situation her anger could last quite awhile, depending on the situation the logic of her mind sometimes went unnoticed but this time, she was not fool enough to miss the fact that she knew the woman kissed him and he had not responded but had she not called out? Had she been distracted. Oh yes she was still angry but not raging mad as before. Maahes would never betray nor hurt her, not while there was breath in his body but he was human and the thing that had made her mad was if she had not been there, would human error of won? She did not seem to mind to show affection now, in the way she touched him and watched him with that small smile that spoke of how he was in trouble, was it for show even as the crowd found their 'show' over and moved on? No, Ealora never did anything for the benefit of others, at least not the benefit of showing others anything personal of her. The purr that left her lips as he kissed her was low and sensual until he threw her into the fountain. Despite her mouth opening in a gasp, it slammed shut as water engulfed her, feet kicking against the edge of the fountain as she rolled to find her balance and footing. "MAAHES!" She screeched at the top of her lungs as she clasped the edge of the fountain in order to get out. Anger blared to life, fire lit in celadon eyes as she cupped water into her hand and threw it at his face. "You're.in.SO.much.trouble!" Each word punctuated perfectly as she heaved the water his way.
Maahes:He chuckled deeply dipping his feet into the water until he stood half way to her, with a questioning look, "You needed to cool off." He teased closing the distance on her. "Besides you keep talking to me like that, we make baby right here. For everyone to see!" His broken English rumbled form his chest as he closed his arms around her. "Then a new fight would start. You would not like what the town would say of you now, and I would not like the city to hear how you sound for me in private." Hugging her against him he laughed feeling that poor little wet woman! She would pay him back later no doubt, but he hoped she kept in mind he couldn't swim. Capturing her wrists so she couldn't hit him, he kissed her again this time with a smile on his face as he held her hands back. The guards were not sure what to do..as no one was supposed to get in the fountain, but Maahes was a General in Skye's Army? Did they have that authority?
Ealora:Sliding up from the depths of the fountain, she sat against the edge. God above she looked like a drowned rat and hated it! Sure she loved the water, when she was naked, otherwise there was just the look of a drowned rat! "Well apparently you don't seem to understand it only infuriates me more!"She bit back sliding off the fountain as he got in and advanced on her, she backed up turning full circle in the round fountain until he caught her up into his arms and she nipped at him again. "Keep talking to you like what? Harshly, mmm methinks you like a little dirty talk and bondage" She bit at her lip as he hugged her close to him. Damn him and his grip of her, in his arms shemelted, in his arms she was inflamed time and again with passion for him. Damn him! "Mmm I've never cared what the town says of me but you would surely regret me purring so loudly they know how I sound for you in private" She growled at his lips as he moved to capture them again though she did not move from the kiss, did not break away from it, welcomed it, pulled it in and teased his with her own until finally she did pull back, nipping at his lips, (lovebites right?) though she would never break the skin but it was enough for him to know she was still irritated with being thrown into the fountain.
Maahes:Looking up at the guard as he pinned his wife against the side he would press her back, "Clear the streets." He barked his orders at the man who watched with a little excitement of his own. Letting her wrists go, he would growl into her bite and snarl just a little. "Now, soldier." The guard would be quick to do just that, but Maahes wouldn't wait until they were alone. He made love to his wife right there, but as they were alone he would open up to her just as he did only for her. He loved this woman, deep with all he had, and even now never wished to part.
"Hello my precious prince!" She frowned then opening her arms back for Ra.

"That's right, but that's not something they know, or else are willing to forget, I won't apologize for my actions, next time I beat it into their skulls."Oh what a taunting little purr that fell from her lips, low for her husbands ears only.
